In Malaysia, government staffs were given special rate of charges for personal loan by financial institutions from co-operations and banks. Yes, its good if no debt, then no stress on repayment issue. But, what i'm try to share is that we can generate money even by personal loan.
Personal loan for government personnel charge as lowest as 3.99% , and if simplly put at bank for PNB share products in example also can generate up to 6.5%-7% annually such as ASN, ASW etc. Furthermore, certain product such as ASB continuously declared dividend around 8%-8.8% annually.
Surely, there have many kind of portfolio that may generate more profit above than 10% annual. Unit Trust is another fund type of portfolio managing by registered fund manager to manage our investment. There have various shares to choose but, its advice to keep for few years to see the profit due we have to consider on few fee of charges.
How about gold? Yes, gold is another one of most top portfolio that easy to manage & give high return with low risk. Once term of "investment" use, basically risk will be there. However, we need to consider on how the risk rate versus potential profit. Within 5 years, its give more than 100% profit by increasing of price trend (may refer www.kitco.com)
Beside that, we also can invest in properties housing or invest in own business. It may give more that 20% annual profit, but the risk might be higher depend on experience & expertise. If experience people then, the risk might be lower compare to newbie.
Shortly, there have many kind of opportunity in front of us to let us choose to generate profit either from personal loan or by our own money. Last but not least, if prefer to apply personal loan for investment, we have to be discipline on what is our initial purpose of the loan applied then, the result will come to us.
